Nyaasa as an entity has come into existence in 2009. Before 2009, the members of team Nyaasa had been providing their services under a separate entity as an umbrella of services.

Nyaasa is an Indian company and it is registered in the state of Maharashtra under the Indian Companies Act.

Nyaasa's offshore/ offsite service division is located in Pune, India.

7. How can Nyaasa assure the data is secure at their offsite/ offshore locations?

Nyaasa uses several industry standard software and hardware technologies to secure the network, all the vital data that comes and goes out of Nyaasa network will be encrypted. Nyaasa proactively monitors all the software and hardware vulnerabilities and fixes them as it appears in our network infrastructure. Also, all our client agreements carry an NDA clause

8. Do we need to have dedicated resource from our company to coordinate and receive the work from Nyaasa's offsite/ offshore location?

It depends on the type of process being outsourced. Certain processes that are outsourced may not require any dedicated resources whatsoever except for data delivery and acceptance. For some processes that are co-sourced may require your resources in a limited manner. In either case, one thing that can be achieved is process efficiency. Initially you need to educate Nyaasa's team about your internal working process and you need to answer the questions from the offsite/ offshore team. Once you and Nyaasa's team are comfortable in their working relationship, then from that point onwards all you need to do is send the work and verify to make sure the quality of the work exceeds your expectations. If and when needed Nyaasa's offsite/ offshore team will contact you for questions and clarifications.

9. How can we send our work to Nyaasa's offsite/ offshore location?

You can scan and send the necessary documents and instructions to Nyaasa or we physically arrange for collection and re-delivery of voluminous data.

10. Do I need to buy any new software or hardware to send work to Nyaasa?

It depends on your existing infrastructure; if you want to scan and send the work then you need to buy a Scanner and the Scanning Software. If you want Nyaasa's offsite team to work on your files independently, then based on the type of accounting software you use, you may have to buy an additional license for that software. Alternatively, you may choose to have your books on generally accepted accounting software that are prevalent in the industry.

11. How can we start our offsite/ offshore accounting service with Nyaasa?

Send us an email or call us, we can have either a conference call or an in person visit to your facility to start the process. Once we understand your needs then we will initiate a conference call with the team in India to begin the process.

17. Who controls the overall financial and accounting outsourcing process?

You are the controlling authority of the entire outsourcing process. As soon as the work leaves your office, then Nyaasa's team is responsible for finishing the work and sending it back to you. On regular basis Nyaasa will notify you about the progress of the work and you can also ask for status, clarifications, etc., on regular basis. So ultimately you the client control the entire process. In this respect, you can consider Nyaasa's team is your own office extension (located in India).
